Friendly reminder in case you have hit rock bottom: It can only get better from here. Life can only get easier from here. Your heart can only get lighter from here. I know right now it all feels hopeless and dark - you are allowed to feel all of that, my love. You do not have to try to stay positive, not in the middle of everything you are going through. Sometimes it is ok to fully soak up the negative emotions you’re experiencing. Sometimes positivity is not the solution. So, let yourself feel - all of it. And know that from rock bottom your future can only get brighter. Stay strong, my love. You got this.
It rained yesterday, and now we have wind which means we stopped melting for a moment ! I love when it’s warm, but 30°C at night is a bit much.
